Description
Clomid 50 tablets are a medication used to treat infertility in women. Each tablet contains 50 mg of clomiphene citrate and is taken orally once a day. Clomid is a nonsteroidal fertility aid that acts on the hypothalamus and ovary to produce more hormones responsible for ovulation. The use of Clomid 50 tablets may help induce ovulation in women with anovulatory cycles or increase the number of eggs released in women with PCOS. Common side effects of the use of this medication could include hot flashes, breast tenderness, abdominal bloating, headaches, and vision changes. It is important to not use this medication if you have serious problems with your liver, have uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal gland problems, or an ovarian cyst unrelated to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
